Glenn Soljan is a craftsman, working in age-old methods to create stone entrance ways and building fascias, entertainment areas, structural planting areas, brick pizza ovens, stone courtyards, fireplaces and driveway entrances. His stoneworks are prolific in the Rodney District, most notably around Omaha, Point Wells, Matakana and Tawharanui, with commissions for entrance ways to properties easily spotted among the district.
Working in local and imported stone materials, Soljans Landscape Creations can create any look or stone finish you desire. From South Island/Alpine stones like Schist, volcanic stones of Basalt, to river stones forms of boulders and pebbles. Limestone, popular in Italy and the South of France, are also drystacked or used with dry mortar. Oamaru or Te Kuiti Limestone are New Zealand examples.
